Thực Tập Sinh Lean & Cải Tiến Liên Tục (Lean & Continuous Improvement Intern)

Job Summary

Support Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Digitalization initiatives across the factory. Participate in improvement projects, Kaizen activities, data analysis, and reporting while gaining practical experience in World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean tools, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Lean CI Engineers in improvement and cost-saving projects.

• Collect, organize and analyze operational data.

• Assist in identifying improvement opportunities and waste reduction initiatives.

• Support project tracking, documentation and progress reporting.

• Participate in project meetings and follow-up actions.

• Participate in Kaizen events and Lean/WCM activities (5S, PDCA, 5 Why, Standard Work, VSM, SMED, TPM).

• Support KPI reporting, dashboard updates and visual management.

• Assist in SOP, work instruction and template development.

• Support digitalization projects using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, SQL/Python and AI tools.

Learning Objectives

• Understand Lean Manufacturing and WCM fundamentals.

• Participate in 1–2 improvement projects.

• Apply basic problem-solving methodologies.

• Develop data analysis and reporting skills.

• Gain exposure to manufacturing operations and digital transformation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Final-year student or fresh graduate.

• Major in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics or related fields.

• Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts.

• Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Power BI, Power Apps, SQL or Python knowledge is a plus.

• Strong analytical thinking, teamwork and communication skills.
