Tuyển dụng R&D Leader/ Supervisor tại Hà Nội

1. New Product Development

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to research and develop new products based on market requirements.

• Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and release to production.

• Support the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for new products.

2. Component Design & Engineering

• Design and develop product components (plastic, metal, etc.).

• Participate in product appearance and functional design.

• Coordinate with suppliers on tooling design and manufacturing.

• Work with internal technical teams to support mold assembly and validation.

3. Product Improvement & Cost Optimization

• Identify and implement product and process improvement opportunities.

• Evaluate and qualify alternative raw materials to enhance quality and optimize cost.

• Support product segmentation based on features, quality level, and cost targets.

4. Manufacturing Process Setup

• Support production readiness for new products, including documentation and technical release.

5. Cross-functional Support

• Provide technical support related to material sourcing, quality control, and after-sales service when required.

6. Data & System Management

• Maintain BOM, drawings, and technical master data in the system.

• Manage product-related documentation and technical records.

• Analyze product and material data to support engineering decisions.

7. Compliance & Responsibilities

• Ensure work quality and compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and procedures.

• Follow company policies related to safety, health, and workplace regulations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Electrical/mechanical Professional (Electronics expertise is a plus)

• Experience with design: mechanical, electronics

• Knowledge of design software Cad, Solid work

• Knowledge of SAP

• Good knowledge of Microsoft excel/ Power point

• Good relational skills and good in English (written and spoken)
