Tender Engineer

Funex Tech is an authorized distributor of LS Group, providing high-quality products, reliable supply, technical expertise, and dedicated customer support for various industries.

We are now hiring a Tender Engineer with the following details:

1. Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for cost estimation.
2. Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tender proposals for electrical systems.
3. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain competitive quotations for equipment such as switchboards, transformers, UPS, and generators.
4. Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet project requirements and budget constraints.
5. Prepare cost analysis, risk assessments, and technical compliance statements for bidding documents.
6. Manage and maintain a database of pricing and technical specifications for electrical products.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Preferred) or related fields.
2. Experience: Proven experience in electrical engineering and the tendering process.
3. Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with electrical equipment, including switchboards, transformers, UPS, and generators.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Excel for technical review and cost calculation.
5. Core Skills: Excellent with numbers and Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs accurately.
6. Language: Basic/Practical English (Ability to read specs and handle emails; professional fluency is NOT required)
