JOB  DESCRIPTION:

1. Sales Execution: Drive sales for electrical (LS, Schneider, ABB, Eaton) and Mechanical equipment, identify new opportunities/projects.

2. Account management: Develop and manage key project customers in HVAC / MEP / Electrical fields.

3. Proposals & Contracts: Prepare technical proposals/quotations and lead contract negotiations.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering and project teams to deliver optimized technical solutions.

5. Project Tracking: Monitor project execution, sales progress, and payment collection.

6. Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales targets and report performance to management.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or a related technical field.

2. Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales (HVAC / MEP / Electrical preferred).

3. Skill: Strong solution-selling capability with solid technical understanding.

4. Communication: Excellent negotiation, relationship management and English.

5. Traits: Proactive, independent, and target oriented.

6.  Mobility: Willingness to travel for project requirements.
