Key Responsibilities

• Execute rigorous lead qualification to identify high-potential students, assessing academic profiles, financial readiness, and enrollment timelines to ensure alignment with partner institution requirements.
• Provide end-to-end, high-touch counseling to qualified prospective students and families, translating complex international education options into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Take full ownership of the student pipeline, meeting and exceeding enrollment targets through diligent follow-up and expert guidance on global admissions requirements.
• Represent UMatch at key recruitment events, including school talks, exhibitions, and roadshows, to build and maintain a robust lead funnel.
• Document verification and ad-hoc strategic tasks to maintain rigorous quality standards.

• Successfully turning qualified leads into enrolled students.
• Delivering a premium experience that results in high student and parent satisfaction.
• Mastering CRM systems and the digital tools to drive maximum efficiency.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 3 years of experience in international student recruitment or a fast-paced consultative role preferably in an education agency or consultant role.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM systems and a desire to work with cutting-edge digital tools.
