Job Summary:
The Technical & Development Support Manager is responsible for providing technical support to lubricant manufacturers, optimizing formulations, coordinating training with suppliers, and ensuring product suitability for the Vietnamese market. This role also involves engaging with customers regularly, solving technical issues, supporting certification processes, and operating laboratory activities to maintain product quality.
Duties and... Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Science, Oil & Gas, or related fields. • Master’s Degree is an advantage. Experience • At least 5 years of experience in lubricant manufacturing processes, or in R&D related to lubricant applications.
