Lab Technician (R&D Dairy)

Job Summary: Responsible for Lab activities, handle Product development focus on application test and blends creating in Dairy Products.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Keep himself/herself to learn about equipment operation, prototype making.

2. Build knowledge about ingredients applied to product.

3. Analysis product performance via application test

4. Handle projects assigned by Lab Manager.

5. Support Sales staff in new product development including ingredient/ prototypes testing at lab, trial run and problem solving at factory site.

6. Makes customer visits and coordinates technical output with sale staff.

7. Support lab activities besides product development

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/ Chemicals Science and/or Master’s Degree would be an advantage.

- Experience: 3+ years in R&D (Food Nutrition, Dairy/ Beverage…)

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)

- Enthusiastic and service minded

- Ability to operate PC
