Technical Services Representative

Products:

Marine & Protective coatings

Purposes:

Provide technical advice on product application, ensuring alignment with product standards and customer expectations.

Support sales activities and promote company services.

Deliver technical support, training, and problem-solving for customers.

Assist the Supervisor and collaborate with technical and sales teams as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee surface preparation and coating application at job sites to ensure compliance with specifications.

Represent the company in technical discussions with customers.

Conduct inspections, failure analyses, and prepare technical.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery and support.

Deliver customer training and onboard crew as required.

Troubleshoot and report on quality, safety, or delivery issues.

Gather and report competitor and market information.

Manage project stock and prepare reports.

Support the implementation of sales strategies and foster long-term customer relationships.

Ensure safety protocols are followed and promote a positive company image.

Other tasks assigned by managers/supervisors.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Knowledge and/or relevant experience in the paint/coatings, oil & gas, or similar industries is an advantage.

Proficient in English communication.

Computer literate.

Able and willing to travel to customer sites in other provinces.

Able to work in an environment involving coatings/solvent-based finishing products.
