Senior Specification Executive

1. Implement specification strategy

-Frequently visiting of architects, consultants, developers to provide excellent services, necessary information.

-Understand deeply customer needs and offer the right values.

2.Establish business relationship with target project specifiers – engineers, architects, developers, consultants, project owners, government agencies

3. Perform consultancy for specific projects and do some necessary activities

-Organize product introduction workshops, seminars, etc aiming to impacting and influencing specifiers.

-Decide proper sponsor activities for specifiers who strongly refer to use company products

4. Actively protect secured specification to effectively support sales team

-Maintain good relationship with architects, developers, consultants

-Approach projects timely to provide excellent solutions

5. Coordinate between Sales Team & specifiers to make sure secured specification become actual sales and technical consultancy

Yêu cầu công việc

•University graduation, preferable in Architecture/Construction/Civil Engineering/Building Materials/Chemicals or similar with 2 to 3 years of experiences in construction fields with good relationship with architects, specifiers, designers, contractors

•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

•Successful track record (minimum 4 years) in direct sales of a technical construction product.

•Widely network in construction industry

•Approach existing and potential specifiers in the specification of products

•Influenced written and oral communications skills - presentation and public speaking abilities in both of English and Vietnamese.

•Perform effectively sales presentations to potential specifiers

•Good knowledge in construction technical and standards

•Influence and impact to others
