Tuyển dụng Technical Service Executive (North Vietnam) tại Thanh Hóa

Job Purpose

• To provide quality technical services to brands and customers Structure Component in the Footwear and Accessories business.

• To support the Global footwear technical goals conducting training, seminar, product recommendation, development and trials.

• To support the sales team to develop a profitable sales argument in favour of the Coats offer for Structure Component.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and problem solving for customers Structure Component

• Technical service support to Buyers/ Buying Offices/Customers

• Provide technical training – internal and external, seminars, workshops, PES, technical presentations on company, product/brand promotion.

• Conduct Factory Technical Audits, consumption and product analysis as required/requested

• Build close relationships and support sales team to develop sales of high value products

• Support all activities for testing or implementation of Global Technical Initiatives

• Support Structural Components new developments.

• Reporting

+ Report to direct manager for key issues as they arise.

+ Provide on time weekly Technical Reports Direct manager copied to Asia Manager Yearly

This job is remote working.

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience in footwear industry or related industry; proven experience in R&D, Quality Control or Technical functions at T1 manufacturing is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese speaking is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and adaptability.

• Willingness to travel for work
