Technical Sales Support Engineer (Industrial Equipment, $800, ID 21365)

Our client is a Vietnamese company, now looking for a Technical Sales Support Engineer (Industrial Equipment, $800, ID 21365):Responsible for providing technical support and application solutions for the industrial products distributed by the company.
Work closely with overseas manufacturers to update product knowledge, application solutions, and the latest technologies.
Support the Sales team in technical consulting, product selection, and configuration to meet customer requirements.
Conduct product and application training for internal sales teams and customers when required.
Participate in site surveys, project implementation, and troubleshooting technical issues during project execution.
Develop and maintain technical documents, catalogs, user manuals, and training materials.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to organize product seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
Male, 30–40 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience as an Application Engineer in industrial equipment, pumps, valves, or automation products.
Ability to read and understand technical documents, engineering drawings, and datasheets.
Good English communication skills.
