Technical Project Executive

- Project Management & Application Development
- Lead and manage technical application projects for the Beverage and Dairy categories from concept to commercialization.
- Conduct lab trials, pilot plant testing, and recipe optimization using company ingredients to meet customer briefs.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to product stability, texture, flavor profile, and shelf-life in dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese) and beverage (RTD tea/coffee, juice, plant-based milk) applications.
- Technical Support & Customer Collaboration
- Partner with the Sales team to deliver technical presentations, workshops, and product demonstrations to R&D and Procurement teams of key accounts.
- Understand customer pain points and proactively propose innovative ingredient solutions and new product concepts.
- Assist customers during industrial line trials at their manufacturing plants to ensure smooth product integration.
- Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate project documentation, technical reports, and customer records.
- Ensure all technical documents comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Support product registration and documentation when required.
- Market & Product Development
- Stay updated on market trends, consumer insights, and emerging technologies in beverage and dairy applications.
- Identify opportunities for new ingredient solutions and product innovations.
- Provide technical input to support new business development initiatives.
- Other tasks requested by the line manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Food Microbiology, Sensory Science, Food Analysis, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in R&D, Product Development, or Technical Application, specifically within the Beverage, Dairy, or Food Ingredient industries.
- Strong understanding of food ingredient functionality, application, formulation, and commercialization process.
- Good knowledge of technical documentation, regulatory requirements, and supplier quality documents.
- Strong project management, coordination, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good commercial sense with the ability to balance technical feasibility and business viability.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
