Technical Manager

• Set up and operate gaming equipment for events and activations.
• Install gaming PCs, consoles, VR devices, monitors, LED screens, and audio systems.
• Support technical operations during live events and troubleshoot issues quickly.
• Assist with booth setup, cable management, and equipment organization.
• Perform equipment testing before and after events.
• Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain and manage technical equipment inventory.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support, maintenance, IT, or equipment/system operations.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems, LAN/Wi-Fi networks, computers, and sensor devices.
• Experience in managing a technical team is an advantage.
• Proactive, responsible, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
• Candidates with experience working in gaming centers, VR centers, amusement parks, bowling centers, escape rooms, or technology-based entertainment venues are preferred.
