• Manage and oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Monitor and improve customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
