The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Technical Engineer to be the backbone of our operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as our primary technical expert on the front line, ensuring that our gas systems and equipment are installed, maintained, and operated to the highest standards of safety and efficiency. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to our clients, bridging the gap between complex engineering solutions and their real-world industrial needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Installation & Supervision:
  Directly execute or supervise the installation of industrial gas equipment at customer sites, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  Manage project timelines and coordinate with sub-contractors to ensure on-time delivery.
• Technical Consulting & Support:
  Serve as the primary technical advisor, providing expert guidance to customers regarding equipment operation and gas systems.
  Troubleshoot technical issues promptly, delivering effective solutions to maintain stable operations.
• Maintenance & Optimization:
  Conduct regular site inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
  Proactively identify opportunities for system optimization and equipment upgrades based on site assessments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales/BD team to support technical proposals, provide pre-sales consultations, and handle technical inquiries.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical field services, installation, or project engineering, preferably in gas, petrochemical, or industrial equipment sectors.
• Core Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a field environment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Excellent interpersonal and consulting skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, and capable of working independently on-site.
• Languages: Good technical English communication.
• Tools: Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and related tools.
