Technical Designer

Review samples directly with customers: Video meetings with clients, discuss and approve sewing methods and fitting effects.
Before each development season, discuss sewing quality, support MR in setting up PI, and propose feasible sewing suggestions.
Check Tech Pack requirements, clarify unreasonable sewing methods and sizes, and propose solutions.
Check the quality of samples to meet customer requirements, write sample evaluation reports.
Discuss pattern issues with the pattern team, highlight fitting problems, and support pattern adjustments.
Optimize sewing methods, streamline production steps, discuss improvements with the pattern team to support and increase quoted profit.
Participate in PP meetings, propose sample issues to pay attention to and quality requirements.
Immediately report any item code issues, adopt solutions and report to superiors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Graduated from college/university with majors in garment and fashion.
Fluent in English.
Over 3 years of experience in the garment industry.
Understand patterns and samples.
Have relevant experience in apparel development and mass production.
