Developing and implementing an action plan for lean process improvement.
Ensuring the fluency of the cutting waste process.
Working with management to identify, develop and implement continuous improvement projects, cost reductions, product quality enhancements, and process effectiveness improvement.
Evaluating lean tools and activities including 6S, Line Balancing, Kanban systems and Kaizen events.
Collecting the cycle time and making the Process Analysis.
Preparing and maintaining group production reports to higher management levels.
Holding some training courses about Lean for production supervisors or related supervisors.
Yêu cầu công việc
Graduating from the majors: industrial management, garment technology or related majors.
Being good in using English or Chinese.
Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint fluently.
Understanding deeply and having knowledge about Kaizen, 6 sigma, 5s.
Having knowledge and experience in dealing with the 7 wastes in production.
Having knowledge of LEAN in garment industry.
