Technical Assistant – Japanese Speaking URGENT!!!

• Being a key person to communicate in Japanese with managers

• Coordinating and attending meetings with clients, construction companies, and subcontractors

• Allocating suitable tasks to suitable technical members

• Supporting technical team in handling and solving any issue arises

• Support project implementation, including drawing review, site coordination and customer support

• Preparing for quotations to clients, checking quotations from sub-contractors

• All other tasks which are related to technical departments and required by the managers

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent level).

• Basic English is an advantage.

• Ability to read technical drawings (Visio and/or AutoCAD) is preferred.

• Be able to meet deadlines and complete work on schedule

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Strong customer negotiation and relationship management skills
