• Lead and coordinate market research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Conduct and oversee market research activities, including primary and secondary research, competitor analysis, market monitoring, and customer studies within the real estate sector.
• Analyze market trends, supply-demand dynamics, pricing movements, transactions, and developer activities to identify key market insights and business opportunities.
• Prepare and review market research reports, presentations, and recommendations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights.
• Coordinate and allocate workloads among team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Work directly with clients to understand research objectives and deliver tailored market intelligence and consulting support.
• Support the development and maintenance of internal databases, research methodologies, and reporting frameworks.

• 5 years of experience in market research, consulting, data analysis, or real estate advisory, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Experience leading research projects and mentoring junior team members.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (storyboarding, data visualization, slide design).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and present market data clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
