Market Research Analyst - Real Estate

• Conduct in-depth market research (primary & secondary research: surveys, interviews, competitor analysis) to capture trends, customer behavior, and business opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Analyze data and prepare market research reports, providing actionable customer insights based on data-driven findings.
• Monitor developer activities, pricing movements, transactions, and market trends to support forecasting.
• Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored research solutions.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• 2–3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or consulting, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint (storyboarding, data visualization, slide design).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and present real estate market data clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
