We are looking for dedicated teaching assistants (Vietnamese nationals) At English Way, we believe learning English should be immersive, engaging, and cultural. 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Support main teachers during lessons.
- Ensure students’ safety and security at all times.
- Pick up students before class and escort them back to the lobby after lessons.
- Take photos during activities and maintain class records.
- Answer parents’ questions professionally via Zalo.
- Represent English Way with a positive and professional outlook.
- Assist with outings, events, and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate with potential clients who show interest in our programs.

- Good communication skills (both with students and parents).
