Teacher Trainer

1. Present online and offline training sessions to train teachers to use GrapeSEED program and products.

2. Provide follow-up support for teachers and schools assigned, including class visits, watching class videos, and meeting online with teachers.

3. Coach teachers to improve their teaching skills.

4. Occasionally travel to other cities to support teachers through class visits and feedback sessions.

5. Listen to interview recordings of potential teachers to make sure their English pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills are high enough to teach GrapeSEED.

6. Organize professional development events for teachers.

Yêu cầu công việc

- English – Fluent

- A relevant university degree is required

- At least 2 years of EFL teaching experience required

- Taking initiative

- Excellent communication skills

- Good presenting skills

- Must be competent with MS Office, PC, and projectors

- Team-Player: Eager and able to collaborate well with others

- Experience teaching GrapeSEED will be an advantage.
