Tax Manager

- Prepare and review tax returns and filings in compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.

- Review tax data, including tax reconciliations, and prepare supporting documentation for tax audits and inspections.

- Support the Head of Tax in liaising and providing explanations to tax authorities when required.

- Review relevant documentation, resolve tax-related issues, and deliver tax training on commercial business activities.

- Analyze tax-related financial data, identify tax risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to Management.

- Research, analyze, and report to the Head of Tax on the impact of newly issued tax regulations and legislation.

- Perform other tax-related duties as assigned by the Head of Tax.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Education

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong accounting background; ACCA and/or CPA qualification is preferred.

2. Experience & Skills

- Minimum 6–7 years of tax experience, with strong expertise in corporate taxation and prior experience in a Big Four accounting firm.

- Strong attention to detail; experience working with large volumes of data is an advantage.

- Solid knowledge of preparing and reviewing tax returns and transfer pricing documentation.

- Ability to communicate ideas effectively and influence key stakeholders.

- Decision-Making: Sound judgment and analytical thinking to make effective decisions and ensure proper execution.

- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
