Tax Manager / 稅務主管

Navigos Search's client - a Taiwan manufacturing company is seeking for a position as Tax Supervisor/ Manager (Chinese)

✓ Lead and support the tax and accounting setup project for newly established North Vietnam entities, including coordination with internal departments, external advisors, and local authorities.

✓ Build up and standardize tax, accounting, and compliance workflows for North Vietnam operations during the initial setup stage.

✓ Coordinate with external accounting firms, tax advisors, legal firms, and government authorities regarding company registration, tax registration, licensing, and ongoing compliance matters.

✓ Support management in evaluating operational structures, business flows, and tax compliance risks for North Vietnam operations.

✓ Work closely with Group Finance Center, Supply Chain, Customs, HR, and factory management teams to facilitate project implementation and operational readiness.

✓ Participate in recruitment, training, and team setup for future North Vietnam finance and tax functions.

✓ After establishment of the new entities, take responsibility for ongoing tax compliance, tax filing management, and finance operation oversight for North Vietnam subsidiaries.

Yêu cầu công việc

✓ At least 5+ years of experience in taxation, accounting, or finance management. Experience in Vietnam project setup or factory setup is highly preferred.

✓ Hands-on experience in coordinating with external audit firms, tax authorities, government agencies, and consulting firms.

✓ Familiar with Vietnam tax regulations, accounting practices, and corporate compliance requirements.

✓ Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills.

✓ Able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment during project setup stage.

✓ Experience in manufacturing industry or multinational companies is preferred.

✓ Taiwanese nationality is preferred. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is highly preferred. Vietnamese language capability is a strong advantage.
