- Lead Management & Sales Conversion
- Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally across relevant communication channels.
- Learn how to identify serious booking opportunities and understand client needs.
- Follow the studio's sales process to guide clients from their first inquiry toward a booking.
- Follow up with clients who have not yet confirmed their projects.
- Learn how to handle common questions, concerns, and objections with support from the team.
- Maintain accurate information about leads and ongoing conversations.
- Client Consultation
- Communicate with clients to understand their tattoo ideas, preferred style, placement, size, budget, timeline, and expectations.
- Learn how to provide appropriate recommendations based on each client's project.
- Explain pricing, artist availability, deposits, design processes, and appointment procedures clearly.
- Build trust and provide a professional and welcoming client experience.
- Ask questions and learn how to identify what each client actually needs rather than simply selling a service.
- Artist & Project Matching
- Learn about different tattoo styles, artist specialties, portfolios, and working approaches.
- Recommend suitable artists based on each client's project requirements.
- Communicate project information accurately between clients, artists, and management.
- Prepare the necessary information for artists before appointments.
- Gradually develop a strong understanding of our artists and their specialties through training and daily experience.
- Booking & Client Relationship Management
- Prepare quotations and assist with booking, deposit, and client information.
- Keep lead, quotation, booking, and project information organized and up to date.
- Follow the studio's booking procedures and internal systems.
- Communicate with clients before and after bookings when required.
- Build positive relationships with local and international clients.
- Learn how to encourage repeat bookings and referrals through good customer service.
- Learning & Business Development
- Participate actively in sales, customer service, and tattoo-industry training.
- Learn from senior team members, managers, and real client situations.
- Apply feedback and continuously improve communication and sales skills.
- Monitor personal performance and gradually work toward individual sales targets.
- Suggest ideas that could improve the sales process and client experience.
- Take on greater responsibilities as your skills and performance develop.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to good spoken and written English, with the ability and willingness to communicate with international clients.
- Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to new information, systems, and working processes.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and conversations.
