Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temp 6 Months)

Working location: base at Bac Ninh or Ha Noi

Job Purpose:

- Executive the sourcing, identifying and hiring specific types of company.

- Be responsible for developing candidates' database, monthly/ quarterly/ yearly report and coordinate with other Departments

to organize HR Projects

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Activities

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to ensure the understanding of their need and the requirements and expectations of the job.

• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, job fairs or internal channels.

• Arrange and coordinate interview with Hiring Manager; conduct the initial interview; ensure all interview forms are filled by candidate & Hiring Manager

• Obtain references and carry out required pre-employment checks to ensure that information given is verified.

• Prepare and offer packages for new hires.

• Maintain all appropriate applicant and interview data in the HR System.

2. HR Projects

• Carry out other special projects as assigned

3. Others

• Update monthly/ quarterly/ yearly employment report

• Check and verify recruitment award requisition

• Other HR tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 03 years working experience at similar roles, experience in warehousing and supply chain is a plus

• Interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Well organized, proactive, open-minded & autonomy

• Highly responsible, supportive & teamwork

• Good communication (English - Vietnamese)

• Proficiency in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Able to work under pressure
