Talent Acquisition Specialist

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
Source both active and passive candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub, job boards, referrals, etc.).
Craft personalized outreach messages and maintain consistent candidate engagement.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct CV screening and initial interviews, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
Maintain and update candidate data in the ATS and ensure smooth process documentation.
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g. sourcing conversion rates, time-to-fill, offer acceptance).
Contribute to employer branding through recruitment content and positive candidate experience.

Required Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within IT or tech-related industries.
Solid experience with sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with hiring managers and stakeholders across different levels.
Organized, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Nice to Have:
Experience recruiting in a fast-paced, international, or tech start-up environment.
Basic understanding of recruitment analytics or live-reporting dashboards.
Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing.
