System Administration Officer

-      Operate and exploit Information Technology (IT) infrastructure systems, data centers, IT system resources.
-      Monitor the status of IT systems, prepare troubleshooting plans if any technical failure occurs.
-      Control and evaluate the quality of IT equipment.
-      Perform backup and restore of all data and IT systems at the Data Center.
-      Participate in the inventory works of IT equipment and assets throughout the system and coordinate to explain the difference results (if any) in the inventory report.
-      Participate in developing standards for connecting external systems with the Core Banking system, integrating external systems according to security standards and regulations.
-      Monitor the frequency of equipment operations at the Data Center for timely upgrade recommendations.
-      Track all access to the entire Data Center hardware infrastructure in compliance with security and privacy policies.
-      Develop plans and implement projects on expanding and upgrading IT systems.
-      Manage user rights and decentralize permissions on IT systems under the management department.
-      Participate in commenting and developing policy documents (including regulations, processes, guidelines, forms, internal notices, etc.) on IVB's IT infrastructure operations as assigned/ requested by Leaders of Department/ Section.
-      Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related majors.
-      Legal knowledge related to banking operations, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Information Technology, etc.
-      Knowledge in server systems, networking, OS (Windows Server, Linux), AD, virtualization, containers, cloud Azure/AWS, storage (SAN/NAS), backup, monitoring, SIEM...
-      Experience at credit institutions is preferred
-      Foreign language: TOEIC 500 upwards or equivalent.
-      Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-      Effective communication, teamwork skills.
