Job Purpose

Implementing and optimizing the supply chain inventory and logistics, ensuring efficiency to Clients and Business Partners.

Key Responsibility

- To review Inventory level and Purchase Order with Clients and Business Partners.

- To arrange with related Sections/ Departments on Inbound Pick-up and Schedule to Warehouse.

- To implement and monitor Importation and Customs Clearance.

- To balance stocks level per branch and transfer execution to ensure optimal stock availability.

- To coordinate with Clients and Warehouse on Stock Count arrangement.

- To make relevant reports and verify monthly expenses to Finance for effective cost, inventory management.

- To negotiate with Clients for confirmation on Cost related to Import, Pick-up, Excess inventory, transfer and ad-hoc request...

- To directly deal with Clients, Business Partners and related Departments to solve problems relating to supply Chain inventory and logistics by the most cost-effective way.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University/ College Degree.

- Able to communicate in English well, especially in reading and writing.

- Good background and experience in import-export, purchase, inventory and logistics.

- Good communication skills, solving problem skills.

- Good in work organizing skills.

- Good computer literacy and communication.

- Ability to work under high pressure.

- Well-organized.

- Meticulous.

- Detail-oriented, accurate and trustworthy.
