Monitor production schedules and coordinate with related departments to ensure on-time delivery.
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity.
Optimize production planning processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Warehouse ManagementManage raw material, WIP, and finished goods warehouses.
Control inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure proper storage, material handling, and warehouse operations.
Implement inventory control procedures and warehouse improvement activities.
Logistics & Import-ExportCoordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
Manage import and export operations, including shipping schedules and delivery arrangements.
Work closely with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and customs-related service partners.
Monitor shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
Ensure smooth material supply and product delivery according to production and customer requirements.
Team ManagementLead and supervise Planning, Warehouse, and Logistics team members.
Establish KPIs and monitor team performance.
Develop and train subordinates to improve operational effectiveness.
Prepare reports and present operational results to management.
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
At least 5 years of management experience.
Must have experience in manufacturing companies, preferably automotive, electrical wire, cable assembly, electronics, or related industries.
Good knowledge of production planning, inventory control, warehouse management, logistics, and import-export operations.
Familiar with ERP/MRP systems.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
