Scope of Oversight Coaching and operational support for the existing Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC, Uyên)

Location On-site, commute-based — Ba Ria factory

1. Role Summary

The SCL is a new senior position within the Supply Chain function of Revenue Operations. It is created to resolve the recurring "lack of decision-making criteria for allocation and revenue/outbound management" issue under the previous SCC-only structure. Building on the shipping, customs, and tracking work already handled by the SCC, the SCL owns higher-level judgment areas — allocation, key buyer relationship management, data/dashboard architecture, and priority negotiation with the production team. Demonstrated team-leadership experience is prioritized over tenure alone.

Scope Note

This position is dedicated to Outbound (shipment) operations. Raw material purchasing is closely tied to production planning and therefore remains under the production organization; it is outside the scope of this role.

2. Key Responsibilities

2.1 Allocation & Revenue/Outbound Management Framework

• Establish outbound priority criteria by grade (A/B/C/D) and channel (OEM, distribution, domestic)

• Design and operate allocation logic aligned to revenue targets — providing criteria the SCC can act on without waiting for direct orders

2.2 Key Buyer Management & Issue Escalation

• Manage regular communication and issue resolution with key overseas buyers such as LX Hausys and Caesarstone

• Proactively identify contract, shipment, and quality-related risks and escalate to the MGR

2.3 Data & Dashboard Architecture

• Design and operate a dashboard covering outbound shipments, inventory, and shipping status

• Design data structures aligned with the Tech OS (internal reporting system) roadmap

2.4 Cross-Functional Coordination

• Negotiate priority allocation with the production team and resolve bottleneck issues

• Align Supply Chain operating standards with the pricing policy and SOPs built by Ops/Enablement

2.5 SCC Coaching & Development

• Review and support the SCC's (Uyên) data entry and first-pass processing against higher-level standards

• Develop and execute a coaching plan to build the SCC into a future promotion candidate.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export

• Team-lead experience required — people management or project/operational lead experience

• Direct communication and issue-resolution experience with overseas buyers (manufacturing export context)

• Business-level English communication (email and video conferencing)

• Experience with data organization and reporting/dashboard development

• Experience negotiating and coordinating priorities with other departments (e.g., production)

4. Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in engineered stone, building materials, or related manufacturing export sectors

• Experience leading collaborative projects with multinational organizations or overseas partners

• Vietnamese language proficiency

• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems or similar Tech OS tools

5. What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• Allocation criteria and outbound management framework fully documented

• Buyer issue escalation process established — SCL responds proactively, with follow-up reporting to the MGR

• Outbound/inventory dashboard live and updated on a regular cadence

• Reduction in SCC data-entry errors and delays; coaching track confirmed active

On Title

The role is posted as "Lead" rather than "Manager" to avoid rank confusion with the MGR (Derek Cho, department head) and the Commercial Operations Manager (Thắng), and to keep the title aligned with the actual level — 5+ years with team-lead experience. The scope of work makes clear that this is a genuine team-leadership role, coaching and managing the SCC.

On Location

This is an on-site, commute-based role at the Ba Ria factory. No commuting or housing support is provided. This should be clearly stated in the job posting.
