Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

As a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), you will take ownership of our regional supplier network—driving process audits, performance metrics, and continuous capability development. You’ll also play a critical, hands-on role in incoming inspections, sample testing, and resolving customer/supplier complaints to ensure end-to-end quality standards.

Core Responsibilities

Supplier Quality Engineering:

• Responsibility for the regional supplier portfolio – Vietnam

• Conducting process audits.

• Support and development of existing suppliers, supplier quality monitoring. Continually working with suppliers to improve performance and implement process controls and quality plans

• Analysis and evaluation of the supplier's processes. Analyzing supplier capabilities; developing and maintaining supplier quality metrics

• Definition and follow-up of measures to improve supplier quality.

Quality Control

• Support in processing supplier & customer complaints

• QC inspection includes initial sample testing, incoming goods inspection, new product testing & other inspection for process-related quality problems

• Perform other tasks assigned by manager & company

Yêu cầu công việc

• Completed technical studies in the field of engineering sciences, mechanical or comparable technical qualification, preferably fastening & assembly materials

• Experience in conducting technical process audits for fastener products

• Experience with quality management system & Quality Control process

• 3+ years’ experience in SQE & QC role in related industries

• Preferably with knowledge in the field of fastening materials & other C-parts products

• High willingness to travel. Ability to travel in Vietnam & abroad without any restriction.

• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, SAP)

• Ability to work in a team with a high degree of personal responsibility and commitment, strong communication skills

• Fluency in English
