Tuyển dụng Supplier Quality Engineer tại Hồ Chí Minh

• Manage and monitor supplier quality issues/ internal quality issue (non-conformities) and ensure timely implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions by Process Owner

• Conduct technical reviews with suppliers and internal department(process) to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, process capability, continue improvement and quality performance.

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the Supplier Annual Audit Program, including audit scheduling, findings follow-up, and timely closure of corrective actions.

• Review and approve suppliers' 8D reports to ensure high-quality problem-solving documentation prior to submission to internal stakeholders and customers (via CQE).

• Work closely with Engineering, R&D, TechSupport/ Customer Quality and other cross-functional teams to resolve supplier quality issues, implement solution (ICAR) and share best practices.

• Manage Q3 and work on continuous improvement (ICAR) on issue detected

• Owner for Hand Over Check List (HAO) checklist, Process Control Plan

• Coordinate purging on production WIP and WH stock.

• Other tasks related to work requirements assigned by direct superior.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Degree in mechatronic, mechanical or related engineering.

• Minimum 2 years experience in process and quality improvement.

• Capable to read and elaborate engineering drawing (Mechanical/ Electrical).

• Good data analysis skills on process stability and control, supplier rejection trend, supplier performance measurement, etc.

• Good knowledge in GD&T, supplier qualification, development and auditing.

• Good knowledge in quality management system including GR&R.

• Knowledge in semiconductor equipment including die bonders, molding, singulation, trim and form machines.

• Knowledge in parts and tooling fabrication process, mechanical and electrical assembly process will be added advantage.

• Understanding of machining process & experienced in second level machine / assembly support will be added advantage.

• Knowledge in CMM, profile projector, measuring scope will be added advantage.

- Working place: Besi Vietnam, Factory No. T1.3, Lot I-15-1, Road D12, High-Tech Park, Tang Nhon Phu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City

- Working time: Mons-Fris
