About the Role
As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering structural engineering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs meet technical, quality, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural design for a variety of building and industrial projects.
- Prepare structural calculations in accordance with Eurocode and Vietnamese Standards, with a focus on steel structures.
- Coordinate and review CAD/Revit drawings prepared by drafting teams.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers from other disciplines throughout project delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers while providing technical guidance.
- Communicate directly with clients and support overall project coordination.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid technical background in structural engineering together with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in structural design.
- Hands-on experience in structural analysis and design using Eurocode.
Strong knowledge of:
- Reinforced concrete structures
- Steel structures
- Structural analysis
- Finite Element Method (FEM)
- Familiarity with structural design software such as Idea Statica, Mathcad, or equivalent.
- Good command of English for technical communication.
- Experience with post-tensioned structures is an advantage.
- Knowledge of programming (e.g. Excel VBA, Python) is a plus.
- Ability to prepare clear and professional engineering reports.
