Strategic Account Manager (3PL, $2300, ID 21349)

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Strategic Account Manager (3PL, $2300, ID 21349)
- Manage end-to-end relationships with strategic customers, including onboarding, service delivery, and contract renewal.
- Develop account strategies to drive customer retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Coordinate with Operations, Solutions, and Costing teams to ensure effective service delivery and commercial alignment.
- Review quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial terms to ensure profitability and compliance with company guidelines.
- Monitor account performance, KPIs, and SLAs, and lead regular business reviews with customers.
- Lead and develop the Key Account team to achieve business objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Male/Female, under 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- 7–9 years of experience in Key Account Management or Commercial roles within Logistics or Supply Chain, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial position within a 3PL environment.
- Proven experience managing complex logistics operations involving warehousing, distribution, or multi-site accounts.
- Strong knowledge of contract management, commercial negotiation, and pricing review.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English communication skills.
