- Contact suppliers to get the quotation and update trend pricing weekly.
- Work with suppliers to place orders after getting approval by management, based on weekly/monthly procurement plan.
- Follow up purchase orders and shipment arrival progress and solve related issues for customs clearance, deposit arrangement, free time, other arising local charge

Arrange the LC issuance and handle other paper works related LC process.
- Follow up the delivery schedule to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Work with supplier on other relevant issues after shipment: container repairing charge and quality claim settlement…
- Create PO in ERP for receipt, Co-ordinate with Logistics team to arrange shipment arrive at mill without any extra cost.
- Follow up with QC department to inspect raw material’s quality.
- Perform other duties as requested by the superior.
- Candidates living near the factory are preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years at the same position.
- Education: University.
- Proficient in office computer skills.
- English is fluently (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
