Sourcing Team Leader

- Lead sourcing strategy and align with commercial objectives for assigned categories

- Manage vendor sourcing, evaluation, and development (cosmetics, fashion items, jewelry, accessories)

- Drive negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and lead times

- Oversee team in vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management

- Ensure compliance with product specifications, quality standards, and regulations (especially for cosmetics)

- Supervise PO creation (SAP), contracts, and sourcing documentation

- Monitor production timelines and resolve supply/quality issues

- Manage procurement planning (OTB, TNA) and ensure on-time delivery

- Maintain accurate master data and improve sourcing processes.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related fields

- 5+ years of sourcing/procurement experience, with exposure to Beauty/Fashion/Accessories

- At least 1–2 years in a leadership or team management role

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

- Good understanding of product compliance (especially cosmetics is a plus)

- Experience with SAP or ERP systems

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Good English proficiency.
