• Organise wine and brand training for company employees.
• Coordinate with other departments to host training/events for Customers (Handling decanting, opening time, temperature control, and presentation).
• Support Sales departments to develop wine lists and identify key items for customers’ selections.
• Review Da Loc POS materials to ensure accuracy: Flyers, Wine of the Month, wine menus, portfolios, and price lists.
• Inspect the quality of wines returned by customers (corked/cooked/spoiled).
• Monitor Wine Storage conditions in Shops and Warehouses.
• Identify product life cycles to propose strategic actions to the Board of Directors.

• Young talent with a solid foundation in wines and exceptional customer service skills.
• Must hold a WSET Level 2 certificate or above.

• Previous background in F&B is a major plus.
