Software Product Designer (UI/UX)

- Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders throughout the product discovery and design process.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Design end-to-end user experiences, including user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
- Create intuitive, accessible, and responsive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure design consistency.
- Validate design solutions through usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and product data.
- Work closely with Engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Monitor product metrics and support A/B testing to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Ensure designs align with UX best practices, accessibility standards, and business objectives.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

- Must have:
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design processes and measurable business impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
- Solid understanding of User-Centered Design, Design Thinking, and Human Centered Design methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design solutions.
- Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience building and maintaining Design Systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
- Understanding of product metrics including DAU, MAU, Conversion Rate, Retention, Churn Rate, and NPS.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles.
- Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software products.
