Social Visual Designer - New Lifestyle Brand

Our client is preparing to launch a new lifestyle brand – a stylish thermal bottle brand designed for Gen Z consumers in Vietnam, with plans to expand across Southeast Asia.

We are looking for a talented Social Visual Designer to take ownership of the brand's digital visual identity across social media, e-commerce and marketing touchpoints.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create visual content for key digital platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Shopee and TikTok Shop.

• Develop key visuals for social media campaigns, product launches and marketing activities.

• Design e-commerce assets including product images, infographics, banners, thumbnails and shop visuals.

• Design website and landing page visuals with a mobile-first mindset.

• Create thumbnails, covers and simple motion visuals for TikTok content.

• Design offline and marketing materials including POSM, banners, standees, packaging inserts, QR cards and event materials.

• Maintain a consistent visual identity across social media, e-commerce, website and offline touchpoints.

• Collaborate closely with Content, Community, E-commerce, KOC/KOL and Marketing teams.

• Stay updated on social media trends and quickly adapt visual content to trending formats.

• Apply AI tools effectively to improve research, ideation and design workflows.

• 3–5 years of experience in Brand, E-commerce, Digital or Social Media Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital visual design across social media and e-commerce platforms.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Good understanding of visual communication on TikTok, Instagram, Shopee and TikTok Shop.

• Strong aesthetic sense with a modern, feminine and Gen Z-oriented visual style.

• Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt visuals quickly based on trends and campaign requirements.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

• Strong AI skills and experience integrating AI tools into the design workflow.

• Good English communication skills are preferred.
