Social Media Marketing Leader (Sns & Kol/koc Management)

Job Summary

We are looking for a key team member who will be responsible for developing ideas and executing SNS strategies, working with KOLs based on clients' business objectives, and coordinating with related teams such as design, video editing, photography, and others.

You will also be responsible for the company's internal media, building the company's SNS channels to communicate the appeal of Japan to Vietnamese audiences.

Job Description

1. Develop and execute Social Media (SNS) Strategies for Clients (80%)

- Identify target customers, develop posting strategies and monthly content calendars based on specific objectives, including: reach, engagement, driving customers to stores.

- Customer conversion and acquisition

- Make standard evaluation framework consisting of approximately 10 evaluation criteria (e.g. OK/NG examples)

- Weekly meetings to continuously improve the quality of the team's SNS activities.

2. KOL/KOC Partnership Management and Development (80%)

- Collaborate with KOLs/KOCs and manage communication throughout each campaign.

- Negotiate and manage booking fees for KOL/KOC collaborations.

- Monitor and manage the final deliverables produced by KOLs/KOCs.

- Build and develop a KOC community for company.

3. Build the Company's Communication Channels (20%)

Theme: "Japan Through the Eyes of Vietnamese People"

Establish a stable operational model within the first year.

Achieve 200,000 followers within the first year, and grow to 1,000,000 followers within three years.

Focus primarily on video content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Must-have

- Experience in growing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts, supported by actual follower growth figures.

- Ability to explain the differences between viral and non-viral content using data.

- Hands-on experience in planning or operating social media growth strategies in the Vietnamese market.

- Experience working with KOLs/KOCs, or previous experience as a KOL/KOC.

- Ability to independently produce SNS video content, or coordinate with video editors to manage content production.

- Ability to evaluate work performance based on data.

- Ability to standardize evaluation and communicate them effectively to team members.

- Proactively provide suggestions beyond assigned responsibilities to improve the overall effectiveness of the team.

- Experience managing a small team.

- English communication skills for internal company communication.

- Knowledge of and interest in Japanese culture, with the ability to personally explain the appeal of Japan.

- Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills.

Nice-to-have

- Japanese language proficiency.

- Strong network within the KOL/KOC industry.

- Experience executing advertising campaigns on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram or similar platforms.

Benefits:

- Salary: From VND 20,000,000/month, depending on qualifications, experience, and job performance.

- Annual Leave: 12 days/1 year, in accordance with Vietnamese labor law, and Vietnamese public holidays.

- Bonus: 13th-month salary.

- Probation Period: 2 months (85% of the official salary).

- Expected Start Date: September 2026.
