The Job
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a
Social Media Executive to help grow and engage our online audience in the Japanese market. You will focus on social media operations, content creation, community engagement, and trend monitoring across various social platforms.
Responsibilities
* Manage the daily operations of social media platforms including content publishing and maintaining consistent account activity.
* Plan and create engaging content tailored to Japanese audiences, including short-form videos, visual posts, and other social media content.
* Use AI tools to assist with content creation, idea generation, copywriting, and short-form video production.
* Monitor Japanese social media trends, popular topics, and content formats, and identify opportunities to adapt relevant trends for our brand.
* Collect and organize user feedback to support improvements in content direction and social media strategies.
* Monitor key performance metrics such as views and engagement, conduct regular analysis, and continuously optimize content performance.
* Provide basic Customer Support, including responding to user inquiries, handling common issues and complaints, following up on user feedback on social media platform, and coordinating with relevant teams when necessary to improve the overall user experience.
Requirements
* JLPT N2 or above, with strong Japanese communication skills, especially in writing and understanding Japanese social media content.
* Basic conversational English skills for internal communication and collaboration with international team members.
* Experience in social media operations, content creation, community management, customer support, or user operations is preferred.
* Familiar with social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok and comfortable engaging with online communities.
* Creative and interested in creating short-form content, with a good understanding of social media trends and Japanese online culture.
* Willing to learn and use AI tools to support content creation, including text, images, and short-form videos.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Interest in astrology, tarot, spirituality, or related topics is a plus.

(This position is remote for candidates based in Ha Noi or other provinces outside of Ho Chi Minh City.)
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
