Job Description:

• Lên ý tưởng và xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch nội dung cho các kênh mạng xã hội của khách hàng.

Ideate and build content strategies and plans for clients' social media channels.

• Quản lý và triển khai nội dung trên đa nền tảng: Facebook, Zalo, TikTok và Website.

Manage and implement content across multiple platforms: Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, and Website.

• Làm việc với Design, BD, AM team và vendor (nếu cần).

Collaborate with the Design, BD, and AM teams, as well as vendors if necessary.

• Trực tiếp làm việc, trao đổi với khách hàng trong suốt quá trình triển khai dự án.

Work and communicate directly with clients throughout the project implementation process.

• Quản lý tiến độ, chất lượng nội dung theo từng dự án phụ trách.

Manage progress and content quality according to each assigned project.

• Hỗ trợ team xây dựng proposal cho khách hàng và các dự án mới.

Support the team in building proposals for clients and new projects.

• Cập nhật xu hướng nội dung, mạng xã hội mới và đề xuất áp dụng vào công việc.

Update content and social media trends and propose applications to the work.

We are looking for someone who would be a good fit:

• Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Social Content / Content Management hoặc

• Có tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Social Content / Content Management hoặc tương đương; ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng làm việc tại agency.

At least 5 years of experience in Social Content / Content Management or equivalent, priority given to candidates who have worked at an agency

• Có nền tảng vững chắc về Chiến lược nội dung (Content Strategy).

Have a solid foundation in Content Strategy

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt

Good English communication skills

• Khả năng quản lý dự án và làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng

Able to manage projects and work directly with clients

• Thành thạo tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)

Proficient in office computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint...)

• Thái độ làm việc chủ động, nhanh nhạy nắm bắt xu hướng mới, chú trọng chi tiết và phong cách làm việc hợp tác

Proactive work attitude, quick to catch new trends, detail-oriented, and collaborative working style.

• Kỹ năng tổ chức và giải quyết vấn đề tốt, có khả năng quản lý nhiều dự án cùng lúc dưới áp lực deadline cao

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
