Social Content Intern

• Social Media & Content (70%)
  • Support ideation and execution of Always-On (AWO) content across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
  • Develop content ideas and communication angles that align with campaign objectives and brand messaging.
  • Work closely with agencies, creators, and internal teams to execute social content and outreach activities.
  • Support the management and growth of fanpages, communities, and brand satellite channels.
  • Monitor social trends, content performance, and emerging opportunities for engagement.
• Consumer & Market Understanding (20%)
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and social listening to identify consumer insights and emerging trends.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, target consumers, and category dynamics.
  • Contribute ideas on how to communicate product benefits in a relevant and engaging way.
• Campaign & Brand Support (10%)
  • Participate in branding campaigns through content planning, ideation, and execution.
  • Support campaign development and execution, contributing ideas for brand activations, product launches, and communication initiatives.

• Education: Final Year student or Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 - 6 months experience in Content Writing or related field
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong interest in social media, pop culture, and digital marketing
  • Basic understanding of social platforms and their content styles
  • Good writing skills and an eye for engaging stories
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, VN)
