Social Commerce Intern

• Platform Operations: Support daily operations and product listings on social commerce channels (TikTok Shop, Facebook, Zalo).
• Content & Livestream Support: Assist the team in preparing products, staging, and managing operations during livestream sessions.
• Customer Engagement: Reply to customer comments and direct messages on social media to drive sales.
• Reporting: Assist in tracking orders and updating daily sales data.
