Education

Bachelor’s degree in:

• Electronics Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Industrial Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years in electronics manufacturing

• Strong hands-on management experience in SMT / PCBA production

• Proven experience leading large-scale teams in EMS manufacturing

Technical Knowledge

Strong knowledge of:

• SMT/AI/MI manufacturing processes

• NPI management

• Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 6S

• ISO systems

• Yield improvement / RCA /...
