SMT Process Engineer

Conduct failure analysis during the production process and independently prepare FACA (Failure Analysis and Corrective Action) reports.
Evaluate, propose solutions, and directly participate in SMT production process improvement.
Monitor and implement optimization strategies to improve the product yield rate.
Be responsible for compiling, standardizing, and managing technical documents and production standards such as: SOP, QCP, FRQ, etc.
- Graduated from university with a major in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, Maintenance, or a related field.
Experience: Over 02 years of working experience related to SMT engineering in a similar position.
Language: Good English proficiency (emphasizing speaking/communication skills), with the ability to comprehend technical documents and proficiently write reports in English.
Strong Root Cause Analysis mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
