Site Supervisor - HCM Branch

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers to implement project plans.

• Monitor site progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations.

• Ensure construction activities follow approved drawings, specifications, and building codes.

• Report site status, issues, and progress updates to the Project Manager.

• Assist in resolving on-site problems and provide practical solutions to maintain schedules.

• Oversee material delivery, storage, and usage to prevent delays and wastage.

• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to statutory and contractual requirements.

• Support in preparing site documentation, reports, and records.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Diploma or Degree in Civil, Construction, Engineering, or related disciplines.

• 3–7 years of site supervision experience in retail, commercial, or interior fit-out projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

• Good leadership and communication skills to manage site teams effectively.

• Ability to identify and solve problems quickly on-site.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of MS Project is an advantage.

• Fluent in verbal and written English.
