Maintenance Technician (Luxury Retail)

• Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting works for luxury retail stores.

• Handle carpentry, metal, painting, silicone, ceiling, flooring, and other architectural repair works.

• Basic knowledge of electrical and lighting systems for troubleshooting and minor repairs.

• Coordinate with subcontractors when specialized works are required.

• Attend emergency maintenance requests, including after office hours, weekends, or public holidays when necessary.

• Prepare maintenance reports, site photos, and daily work updates.

• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with luxury brand standards and safety requirements.

• Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance or fit-out experience.

• Experience in luxury retail, commercial, or hospitality projects is preferred.

• Able to perform architectural repair works independently.

• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

• Basic electrical knowledge is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to work under pressure.

• Willing to travel within Ho Chi Minh City and occasionally to other provinces.
