Summary of Job Description

This position is responsible for managing Dealer Operation Standards (DOS) and delivering non-technical training programs for Customer Relationship Officers (CRO) and Service Advisors (SA), ensuring consistent service quality and customer experience across dealer networks.

Job Descriptions

Major Duties:

1) Conduct DOS Service to dealers and follow up their implementation.

2) Review DOS Service implementation by dealers and update for improvement.

3) Be responsible for evaluation and monitor dealer's performance of DOS Service item via survey, customers complaints (CXI)

4) Conduct M-CROP and G-MSAP training (training program for CRO & SA)

5) Monitor KPIs via CRM/DMS (Customer Relationship Management/Dealer Management System) implemented by dealers and take action for improvement.

Minor Duties:

1) Colaborate and support to other teams for company business.

2) Support Dealer activities

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with major in Automotive Engineering

• Experience: Having at least 02 years of related experience

• Knowledge: Having knowledge about Customer Service/Training/ Field Service in the automotive industry

• Skills: Analysis & negotiation skills; Training Skills/ Presentation skills; Good English communication skills;
